Our inflatables require a minimum cleared, flat space of 18×18 feet with at least 14 feet of vertical clearance. The setup area must be on grass or a solid flat surface — inflatables cannot be set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven terrain. We also require vehicle access within reasonable proximity for delivery and breakdown. Before your event, our team will confirm your space — if you're unsure, send us a photo or measurements and we'll advise before you book.

All weekend bookings require a minimum of 14 days advance notice, while Weekday Summer Fun reservations require 7 days advance notice. This ensures we can pre-schedule certified staff, confirm specialist availability, and pre-order custom craft materials. Charm Matrix and Ky Kandles workshops are especially time-sensitive due to material sourcing. Last-minute requests are reviewed case-by-case. We recommend booking 3–4 weeks out during peak spring and summer months.

Safety comes first. Inflatables cannot be operated in rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions. If adverse weather forces a cancellation, your booking is fully transferable to any available date within 365 days at no additional charge. Retainers remain non-refundable under all circumstances — they transfer, they don't refund. We monitor forecasts ahead of your event and reach out proactively so you're never caught off guard.

Yes. Your web inquiry creates the starting point for your event. When we follow up to finalize the itinerary, you can adjust activity hours, swap concession options, or add custom details before your retainer is captured and the date is confirmed.

When you select either partner craft workshop, a +$50 materials fee is added per workshop:

• 🕯️ Candle Making Workshop — In Collaboration with Ky Kandles: Professionally sourced candle-making supplies, custom scent selections, vessels, and finishing materials for up to 10 guests.

Our standard service area covers a strict 10-mile radius from central Los Angeles across the Westside, the Valleys, and Central/East LA. Bookings outside this zone require direct approval and are subject to a mileage travel fee. Contact us before booking to confirm your location and get an accurate quote.

Our events are designed for all ages and group types. Inflatables are commercially rated for a wide age range, specialty programming is tailored to your crowd, and our craft workshops are fun for kids and adults alike. Kids' birthdays, teen hangouts, family reunions, neighborhood block parties — we tailor the experience to whoever's celebrating.

Your dedicated host manages everything operational so you can enjoy the party as a guest:

• Full equipment delivery, inflation, and setup before guests arrive
• Running and restocking the concession bar throughout the event
• Active safety supervision of the inflatable at all times
• Managing timing and flow of all specialty programming blocks
• Facilitating the Charm Matrix or Ky Kandles workshop if booked
• Complete breakdown, deflation, and cleanup at close of the 4-hour window
